Julie Malmberg Grawe – Write on Red, LLC’s founder Julie is a senior brand and marketing professional, team builder, and writer passionate about rallying support internally and externally for inspired companies, small businesses, and nonprofits. With an MBA and nearly two decades of corporate and nonprofit experience, she’s a true “utility player” who can lead and motivate, and who isn’t afraid to get dirty doing the hands-on work. She has a strong background in nonprofit, healthcare, and sports branding and communications,  which includes working or consulting for: Mission Minded; Clementine Words; CASA of Jefferson and Gilpin Counties; Neighbor to Neighbor; Nike, Inc.; University of Oregon Special Collections and University Archives; Friendship Bridge; Girls on the Run of the Rockies; Girls on the Run Portland Metro; 2008 US Olympic Team Trials–Track and Field; Prefontaine Classic; USA Track & Field; Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort; Oregon Sports Authority; Greater Sioux Falls Habitat for Humanity; Sioux Falls Canaries Professional Baseball Team; Avera McKennan Hospital; and the Augustana Mirror.

Julie is a farm girl from Nebraska. After receiving her BA in business and journalism from Augustana University, she spent six years in Oregon getting her MBA at the University of Oregon and working for Nike. She met her amazing husband Andy in Oregon and they moved to Colorado 10 years ago. Outside of work, Julie is a CASA of Larimer County board member.  Julie and her husband love trail running in Rocky Mountain National Park and going on adventures with their two kids, Abby and Gus, and two pups, Porter and Pansy.
